Graco King E Series

Graco’s King Electric Series E50 and E60 Electric Airless Sprayers
Graco’s King E50 and E60 Electric Airless Sprayers are the world’s first electric sprayer for protective coatings approved for hazardous locations. This series operates on a more reliable, convenient and available electric power source, which improves jobsite inefficiencies associated with compressors. If your air compressor goes down, you no longer have to stop production. More so, electric technology eliminates pulsation and motor icing making your jobs run smoothly - every time!

The King E60 & E70 Electric Sprayers are an electric alternative to air-operated single-leg sprayers. They produce a smooth, consistent, evenly distributed spray pattern – without the need to tow a large compressor.

Ditch the air compressor –– The King E-Series industrial line of electric sprayers is truly airless technology, eliminating pulsation and motor icing to avoid pressure drops, resulting in a better finish.

King E-Series vs Pneumatic Industrial Sprayers
  • Increased Efficiencies - No need to convert electricity into pneumatic power, making your operation more efficient. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, up to 30% of the electricity consumed in a typical industrial facility is for generating compressed air.
  • Reduced Noise – When compared to an air motor, the electric King is up to five times quieter. With an electric driver, noise is reduced to less than 80 dBA
  • Consistent Coverage - Electric technology eliminates pulsation and motor icing to avoid pressure drops, resulting in a better finish

T4 Pneumatic Transfer Pump

Graco T4 Pneumatic Transfer Pump
Our newest pneumatic transfer pump, the T4 which introduces “Pro-Connect” technology to our transfer pump family.

The innovative new Pro-Connect design of the T4 quickly connects/disconnects the air motor to/from the pump lower. This new Pro-Connect pump technology provides valuable new benefits to the user:
  • Transfer between drums quick and easy. Quickly change to a new drum of material without the mess of dripping chemical by using multiple pump lowers.
  • Quickly transition between different chemistries by using a dedicated pump lower for each chemical to eliminate the risk of cross contaminating your drums.
  • Reduce the necessary ceiling height of your rig. Easily transfer the T4 pump between drums in lower ceiling height rigs by quickly disconnecting the air motor from the lower before transferring the pump lower between drums.
  • The pump can be made lighter and easier to handle. Reduce the overall weight of the pump by disconnecting the motor from the lower when handling the pump.
  • Get up and running quickly when your pump lower requires maintenance by having a spare pump lower that can easily be installed.
Like the T3, the T4 pump utilizes the same proven Graco Merkur air motor so you get all the same benefits as the T3 pump:
  • It is quiet, about 3 times quieter than the T2 pump
  • The Merkur air motor is a 3:1 air to fluid pressure ratio, allowing you to use less air pressure to provide the same fluid pressure you require
  • It utilizes air pilot valve technology, so the air-motor valve switching is purely pneumatic. That means there are fewer parts to wear, maintain and replace.
The T4 pump lower is nearly identical to the T3 pump lower. It utilizes the same tapered lower design and the output is identical to the T3, which means it is plenty capable of keeping up with any of your high output Reactor proportioners. The T4 pump construction is electroless nickel plated carbon steel so it can be used with all your chemicals.

T4 Transfer Pump Specifications Like the T3, the T4 pump utilizes the same proven Graco Merkur air motor so you get all the same benefits as the T3 pump but with ProConnect technology:
• It is quiet, about 3 times quieter than the T2 pump
• The Merkur air motor is a 3:1 air to fluid pressure ratio, allowing you to use less air pressure to provide the same fluid pressure you require
• It utilizes air pilot valve technology, so the air-motor valve switching is purely pneumatic. That means there are fewer parts to wear, maintain and replace.

Transfer Material Efficiently Transfer Pumps are required to move A and B materials to the Reactor ® Spray Systems. The T4 Transfer Pump combines Graco’s proven Merkur ® air-motor and carbon steel pump lower. The T4 is a 3:1 ratio pump with ProConnect technology – allowing you to quickly connect and disconnect the air motor from the pump lower.
• Quick Transfer Between Drums – quickly change to a new drum of material without the mess of dripping chemical by using multiple pump lowers.
• Easier to Maneuver – easily transfer the T4 pump between drums by quickly disconnecting the air motor from the lower before transferring. This makes the pump lighter weight and reduces the necessary ceiling height of your rig.
• Eliminate Downtime – get up and running quickly when your pump lower requires maintenance by having a spare pump lower that can easily be installed.
