Nukote AL
NUKOTE AL® is NCSI’s multipurpose high performance aliphatic polyurea designed and developed to perform well for anticorrosion and waterproofing applications on steel, concrete, and many other substrates requiring high degree of UV and color stability. This coating is extremely color stable and displays excellent UV weathering characteristics, chemical resistance, high abrasion resistance, and gloss retention property. It is a two-component, 100% solids, pure polyurea that significantly reduces the moisture problems that commonly cause pin holing and blistering in most polyurethane, polyurethane-hybrid and other organic coating systems. . Nukote AL can be textured easily for antiskid purposes. The product has very good moisture permeation resistance and performs as an excellent barrier coating. Nukote AL provides excellent adhesion to most substrates when used with a suitable Nukote primer.
Description: Nukote ALU-FR is high solids, aliphatic, single component, liquid applied, moisture cured, fire rated urethane topcoat for polyurea or polyurethane or hybrid elastomeric waterproofing membranes. Nukote ALU-FR may be used as a standalone coating in light duty applications over primed wood, metal, concrete and asphalt. It offers good flexibility, color stability and weather resistance.

Nukote ST-M
Nukote ST-M is NCSI’s multipurpose specially formulated polyurea coatings with characteristics and physical properties best suited for applications on substrates where faster gelling time is desired to minimize outgassing and the resultant pinholes, excess sagging and for overhead applications. Nukote ST-M (f) has uses in general as well as various industrial application including mining and mineral processing industries. It is a two-component, 100% solids, pure Polyurea that significantly reduces downtime in new as well as old construction and suitable for Metal , non- metal, SPU, and concrete structures and assets. This aromatic Polyurea Elastomer displays good resistance to a broad range of chemicals including hydrogen Sulphide, methane, excellent thermal stability, abrasion resistance and UV resistance. Nukote ST-M (f) exhibits excellent adhesion to most substrates with or without use of a suitable Nukote primer.
Nukote CG
NUKOTE CG® is NCSI’s modified high performance polyurea hybrid designed and developed to perform well for anticorrosion and waterproofing applications on steel, concrete, and many other substrates. It is a two-component, 100% solids, fast set aromatic product and forms a hard and tough film with excellent resiliency. This aromatic elastomer displays good chemical resistance, outdoor durability, thermal stability, and abrasion resistance. Nukote CG can be textured easily for anti-skid purposes. The product has good moisture permeation resistance compared to polyurethanes and suitable as a protective liner in many applications. Nukote CG provides excellent adhesion to most substrates when used with a suitable Nukote primer.
Nukote BLM
Nukote BLM is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, two-component spray polyurea elastomer that can be applied to suitably prepared interior or exterior concrete, metal and other surfaces to protect personnel and assets by making the building less vulnerable to threats of explosion and ballistics. Nukote BLM polyurea can also be used as a blast-resistant coating for existing structures and effectively contain debris in the case of an explosion and greatly reduce injuries and death from flying debris suitable in applications for both ballistic and explosive threats. Nukote BLM polyurea coating bonds to a variety of surfaces. It is resilient, tough, and can be retrofitted into any existing buildings. As a blast mitigating and anti-defragmenting protective liner, Nukote BLM has the desired physical properties for these type of applications and effectively deform and dissipate the blast energy while containing the debris. It also helps in increasing the ballistic resistance of steel as well as other building materials. Nukote BLM has good response to withstand critical negative pressure.
Nukote BM-GT
NUKOTE BM-GT® is NCSI’s high performance polyurea designed and developed to perform well in conjunction with approved woven and non-woven geotextile fabrics in various applications. Nukote BM-GT is a two-component, 100% solids, and low shrinkage pure polyurea with very high elongation. It is suitable to be used as composite membrane with geotextile fabrics. Nukote BM-GT is hydrophobic and eliminates moisture problems that commonly cause pin holing and blistering in most polyurethane, polyurethane-hybrid and other organic coating systems when spraying over a fabric on damp soil. This aromatic polyurea elastomer displays good chemical resistance, thermal stability and UV resistance and good moisture permeation resistance Nukote BM-GT also performs well as a standalone membrane with excellent adhesion to most properly primed substrates.
Nukote Classic
Nukote Classic is a single pack product based on a patented technology. Nukote Classic is a solvent free, TDI free, single component, liquid applied, water catalyzed, polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing base membrane suitable for horizontal and vertical applications on concrete, metal wood and masonries. Nukote Classic with compatible top coats are installed as a flooring system for high traffic pedestrian, vehicular traffic, commercial and industrial floors.
Nukote XT plus is a fast set, rapid curing modified polyurea designed for use in application on concrete, steel or other substrates for protection against high acidic, alkaline chemicals in combination with moderate heat or pressure. Nukote XT plus is designed for acid and base environments and is a 100% solids flexible, aromatic, two component spray applied polyurethane polyurea. Nukote XT plus is suitable where anaerobic and aerobic waste by-products combined with elevated temperatures are expected. The product is commonly specified in conjunction with other Nukote products in monolithic compositions or as a geotextile composite for applications in immersion as liner or in secondary containment of chemical storage tanks. This aromatic polyurea elastomer exhibits good long term chemical resistance, thermal stability and UV resistance.
Nukote ST-pw
NUKOTE ST®-pw is a pure aromatic polyurea modified specifically to meet requirements for use in coating substrates utilised for storage and transmission of potable and drinking water. It is an ANSI/NSF 61 compliant and approved pure polyurea barrier material and also conforms to global migration Standard US – FDA: 21 CFR 175 – 300. Nukote ST-pw is tested and approved by many countries for applications on substrates in contact with potable water and food products. It is a plural component, fast set, 100% solids product suitable for concrete, steel, and other substrates as a waterproofing membrane, anti-corrosion and abrasion resistant liner. This aromatic Polyurea Elastomer also displays good chemical resistance, thermal stability and UV resistance. It can be applied by spray in single or multiple layers to form a tough but flexible homogenous membrane
