Loctite PC 9313 Nordbak High Impact Wearing CompoundLOCTITE PC 9313 NORDBAK HIGH IMPACT WEARING COMPOUND LOCTITE PC 9313, known as NORDBAK HIGH IMPACT WEARING COMPOUND, is a rubber modified epoxy with impact resistance recommended for lining and protecting.
LOCTITE® PC 9313 is a grey, 2-part, rubber modified epoxy. With impact resistance superior to ceramic tile, it is recommended for lining and protecting flumes, troughs, elbows, hoppers, discharge chutes, and other processing equipment that is exposed to both abrasion and impact under typical temperatures of -29°C to +121°C.
LOCTITE® PC 9313™ is a two-part ceramic filled 100% solid epoxy resin system designed to protect, rebuild, and repair high wear areas of processing equipment. Typical applications include dredge pump liners, flumes, troughs, vibrating feeders, chutes & hoppers and other processing equipment.
| Loctite PC 7339 Ultra High Temperature Pneu WearLOCTITE® Nordbak® Ultra High Temperature Wearing Compound Resists sliding abrasion and temperatures to 550°F, trowelable
LOCTITE® PC 7303 Ultra High Temperature Wearing Compound resists sliding abrasion and temperatures to 550°F. Must be post-cured for maximum temperature resistance and performance. Trowelable.
LOCTITE® Nordbak® Ultra High Temperature Wearing Compound is designed to rebuild, repair, and protect equipment exposed to both extreme sliding abrasion under typical dry service temperatures of –29° to +288°C (–20° to +550°F). Ultra High Temperature Wearing Compound protects equipment in high heat environments where conventional repair systems fail. Ultra High Temperature Wearing Compound is recommended for protecting scrubbers, cyclones, dust collectors, and fan housings. Two-component epoxy requires post-curing for proper performance and temperature resistance. Advantages: · Cures to ceramic hardness - resists sliding abrasive wear · Renews worn surfaces fast - reduces downtime · Extends wear life - resists sliding abrasive wear and eliminates costly wear part inventory · Won’t sag or shrink - conforms to over-head and irregular surfaces, application versatility TYPICAL APPLICATIONS · Cyclones and pulverizing mills · Elbows · Fan blades and housings · Scrubbers · Exhausters · Chutes and hoppers | Loctite PC 7219 Nordbak Wearing CompoundLOCTITE PC 7218 LOCTITE PC 7218 is a 2-part, grey, epoxy-based surface coating for metals. Ideal for protecting against coarse particle abrasion or erosion, or for rebuilding worn parts.
LOCTITE® PC 7218 is a 2-part, grey, ceramic-filled, trowelable, epoxy-based surface coating designed to protect parts from coarse particle abrasion or erosion on metals (with or without chemical attack). It is designed for parts such as cyclones/separator bodies, dust collectors/exhausters, pump liners/impellers, fan blades and housings, chutes/hoppers and elbows/transition points.
LOCTITE® PC 7218™ is a two-part ceramic filled epoxy paste designed to protect, rebuild and repair high wear areas of processing equipment. This product is typically used in applications with an operating range of -30 °C to 120 °C. Typical applications include cyclone and separator bodies, dust collectors and exhausters, pump liners and impellers, fan blades and housings, chutes and hoppers, elbows and transition points.
| Loctite EA 3463 Metal Filled Epoxy StickStructural Bonding - 2-component epoxy. Steel-filled kneadable stick for emergency repair.
LOCTITE® 3463 is a versatile, dual component, easy to use, steel-filled epoxy repair putty. It is applied like a putty and when cured it exhibits high compressive strength and good adhesion to most surfaces. This product stops leaks in pipes and tanks, fills oversized bolt holes, smoothes welds, and repairs non-structural defects in castings or holes in tanks. This product is typically used in applications with an operating temperature range of -30 °C to +121 °C.
